Job description

A U.S.-based company that is helping businesses to create interactive product demos in a cost-effective and quick manner, is looking for a Ruby on Rails DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of managing and scaling applications while working in close collaboration with a team of professionals. The company helps sales and marketing teams to turn their products into growth engines. The company has successfully secured more than $1.8mn during their Seed round of funding. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain software components
  • Occasionally manage some back-end infrastructure
  • Design robust, secure and scalable features and code
  • Identify and fix application bottlenecks to improve performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable experience with back-end development and DevOps 
  • Prolific knowledge of AWS, Ruby on Rails, and API Design
  • Prior experience with Infrastructure Operations and building systems
  • Excellent English communication skills
