Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with a proficient team of developers to craft user-friendly UIs employing React and Ruby on Rails
  • Thorough code analysis, along with recommendations for modifications to boost code quality and efficiency
  • Staying abreast of the latest market trends and integrating innovative problem-solving strategies
  • Crafting and upkeeping robust full-stack systems that ensure efficiency, speed, and scalability
  • Active participation across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) within the framework of agile methodologies
  • Playing an instrumental role in the inception of next-gen technology solutions, characterized by continuous iteration and experimentation

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a corresponding field, or equivalent practical experience
  • An experience span of 3 to 5 years in the tech industry, showcasing a commendable depth of knowledge
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with React and Ruby on Rails, underlining the proficiency in full-stack systems
  • Substantial practical understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Acute problem-solving acumen coupled with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in the English language with robust communication abilities
