A fast-growing tech startup backed by industry-leading VCs and blockchain businesses is looking for a GPU Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance in-database mechanisms while focusing on programming efforts and engineering research around parallel computing and GPU architectures. By combining off-chain storage with on-chain analytic insights, the US-based company is transforming major blockchains into next-generation databases. This is a nice opportunity for developers to work with a diverse team while building modern solutions by leveraging advanced technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Learn from the most innovative minds in blockchain and data warehousing
Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Work on expanding products and building user-facing features
Understand product goals and user expectations
Ensure that results of outsourced SQL jobs can be loaded into smart contracts via a decentralized oracle network

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a GPU developer
3+ years of software engineering experience with general-purpose computing on GPUs, parallel computing architecture, and design
Solid understanding of GPUs, including memory hierarchy and performance, synchronization/race situations, and communication with the host
Familiarity with writing memory/computing-intensive algorithms
Experience working with OpenCL or similar solutions
Nice to have some knowledge of Web3, blockchain, decentralization, etc.
Nice to have a Master’s or Ph.D. in related fields
