Job description

A rapidly-growing company on a mission to transform the Fintech industry by scaling decentralized operations is looking for a Crypto Engineer. The engineer will be working in close collaboration with the existing team to deliver high-quality products. The company is focused on operating as the Web3 organizational structure that enables internal functions to operate independently and effectively. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and test fully automated crypto strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and put them into production
  • Wear many hats across strategy development, market research, trading, risk management, and framework improvements
  • Analyze and improve system components' efficiency, scalability, and reliability

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 4+ years of algorithmic/quantitative trading experience
  • At least 5+ years with crypto, infrastructure operations, security, and software architecture
  • Extensive experience in Python
  • Prior experience working with crypto exchange APIs
  • Demonstrable experience in database-driven RESTful API and Websocket application architecture 
  • Experience working with large data sets and familiarity with tick data
  • Experience with JavaScript on the front-end and server-side (Node.js, Express, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge or experience with Docker is preferred 
  • Proven track record of developing profitable systematic crypto strategies
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
