Job description

A multi-billion dollar company that focuses on building digital businesses, is looking for a Chatbot Developer. As a core member of the team, the developer will be responsible for developing a chatbot for the company’s e-commerce application. The developer will collaborate with industry veterans from top companies like Nokia, HUL, Deloitte, etc. This is a great opportunity for those who want to work with a big MNC. It is a full-time role that requires a long-term commitment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on building the new eCommerce app platform for Android, iOS, and web
  • Use technologies such as C# and Python to develop the chatbot for the new application
  • Develop conversational flows in the chatbot
  • Present chat efficiency reports to the management team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science(or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient with C# and Python
  • Previous experience working with Chatbots is required
  • Good understanding of chatbot architecture
