Job description

A US-based rapidly growing intelligent security company, is looking for a Back-end Developer. The selected candidate will be collaborating with the product team to develop new features and products for the company. The firm’s state-of-the-art technology is revolutionizing the IT industry with its fusion technology that helps organizations to protect their people, assets, and brands. This is a long-term, full-time position and requires an overlap with the PST time zone. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who like to work in an agile environment and test their skill sets.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop new and existing products, features, and infrastructure in collaboration with the product team
  • Design the company’s systems to scale with a data-driven, security-first focused approach
  • Champion the design of secure solutions
  • Build the infrastructure and maintain clean, robust, and scalable code
  • Be responsible for monitoring, alerting, and incident response
  • Monitor the performance and quality of your team of developers and guide them by using the latest technology and trends

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Prolific experience with Kotlin/Java, and Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
  • Must be skilled with GraphQL
  • Prior experience leading a team of developers
  • Experience in the security realm is nice to have
  • Nice to have some experience in supporting the back-end for video management systems
