Backend Developer - Kubernetes / GraphQL

A US-based rapidly growing intelligent security company, is looking for a Back-end Developer. The selected candidate will be collaborating with the product team to develop new features and products for the company. The firm’s state-of-the-art technology is revolutionizing the IT industry with its fusion technology that helps organizations to protect their people, assets, and brands. This is a long-term, full-time position and requires an overlap with the PST time zone. Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop new and existing products, features, and infrastructure in collaboration with the product team
• Design the company’s systems to scale with a data-driven, security-first focused approach
• Champion the design of secure solutions
• Build the infrastructure and maintain clean, robust, and scalable code
• Be responsible for monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Monitor the performance and quality of your team of developers and guide them by using the latest technology and trends

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• Prolific experience with Kotlin/Java, and Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
• Must be skilled with GraphQL
• Prior experience leading a team of developers
• Experience in the security realm is nice to have
• Nice to have some experience in supporting the back-end for video management systems
