Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in the field
At least 2+ years of experience with Apache Kafka, 4+ years with Microservices, and 2+ years with Spring Boot
Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
