As a Web Back-End Developer, you will be entrusted with core responsibilities, including architecting and sustaining robust back-end systems, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting diverse applications. To excel in this role, you'll need to leverage your expertise in AWS, React, and Ruby on Rails to optimize the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications. Job Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of robust back-end systems using AWS, React, and Ruby on Rails, drawing upon extensive experience and advanced skills
Conduct thorough debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of multiple applications to ensure optimal performance, applying deep expertise to deliver top-notch results
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront
Contribute significantly to the company's mission of revolutionizing the tech landscape, actively shaping the technological vision
Ensure the efficiency, speed, and scalability of applications, applying advanced knowledge to optimize processes

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the tech industry, showcasing a consistent record of successful projects and leadership
Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with AWS and React, and 1+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
Proven ability to design, build, and manage data pipelines for data structures encompassing data transformation, data models, schemas, metadata, and workload management
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, drawing upon advanced knowledge
Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
