Job description

A rapidly-growing music therapy app to help counter anxiety is looking for a Back-End Systems Engineer. The engineer will be a critical driving force for the technical and architectural decisions that shape the product and company. The company uses scientifically proven and tested restorative music to help relieve anxiety symptoms. This is a nice opportunity for the selected candidate to work with a growing team of talented professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the existing team of developers and contribute innovative solutions and ideas
Plan and lead complicated technical projects that interact with a wide variety of teams within the company
Take ownership of your tasks and efficiently execute them
Diagnose and fix application bottlenecks to improve performance

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
Demonstrable experience working with Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
Some experience working with Machine Learning and related technologies is desirable
Willingness to learn and implement additional back-end technologies, frameworks, and languages
Must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
