Job description

U.S based tech-company is looking for a motivated, mission-oriented C/C++ developer to join their Windows platform team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working on implementing efficient file system drivers
  • Building Windows services that run in user space.
  • Working closely with Product and Development teams
  • Actively learn the environment in which the software solution will operate to articulate risks and constraints.
  • Review and analyze technical documentation from Windows and other products to gain an understanding of software solutions that interact with components within these systems.
  • Demonstrates solid problem-solving and debugging skills to determine the root cause of a software defect.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience with C/C++ with a focus on writing secure, thread-safe, and
  • efficient code.
  • Basic experience in Windows Driver development
  • Experience with Windows Service development in the user space.
  • Experience with Windows Desktop development and Windows installer development.
  • Experience with test-driven development and unit testing.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptographic terms like Symmetric Key Cryptography, Public Key
  • Cryptography, TLS etc.
  • Knowledge of client and server-side web application development (JavaScript, REST)
