Job description

A well-established company that is helping organizations across a wide range of sectors to pay, manage, and recruit workers around the world, is looking for a Senior Designer. The selected candidate will be reporting to the CTO and CPO while leading the website design team and navigating through complex networks of touchpoints while promoting a problem-first strategy. The U.S.-based company provides enterprises with the technology, local insight, and services they need to adapt to a constantly changing global market. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee website design projects from conception to conclusion
  • Plan co-design events, such as workshops
  • Concentrate on user requirements, business value, and feasibility during the design process
  • Stakeholders should communicate with and lead through the design process
  • Convert research findings into useful, comprehensive, and user-centric frameworks (such as customer journeys and ecosystem maps).
  • Help the company and its clients determine their needs, opportunities, and future paths
  • Promote best practices for website design across the company and motivate team members to use methodologies and tools and recognize the power of design
  • Take on a proactive role in the Design guild's leadership and advance the craft

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Designer
  • Prolific experience developing user-centered designs as well as web designs
  • Extensive experience working with UI & UX design
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
