Job description

A rapidly-growing company that gives customer-facing teams instant access to the information they need, allowing them to generate better business results faster, is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester. The selected candidate will be working closely with the engineers and the product team and improving the QA process. The US-based company's advanced technology is equipping sales agents with the tools and processes they need to be more effective and improve the quality and consistency of the resources they utilize, as well as giving best practices for the entire team to follow. They have managed to raise $4mn+ during their Seed round of funding.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build new features that require a lot of manual regression testing
  •  Help write test cases, acceptance criteria, etc.
  • Take ownership of the QA tasks and be very rigorous about manual testing
  • Make suggestions/recommendations and work with the team to make this process better
  • Automate the test suites the team comes up with, specifically around browser/UI testing
  • Work with the team to get the overall process improved and not just rely on a task list

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance tester
  • Extensive experience with QA and related technologies
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
