Job description

A well-established company that has been revolutionizing the automotive industry with their market-leading solutions and products is looking for a Mulesoft Developer. The selected candidate will be modifying the existing software to justify errors and adapt new hardware. The company has successfully ventured into electric and plug-in hybrid cars and aims to provide customers with next-gen innovations in automation. The company has managed to secure more than $1bn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of the design 
  • Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to obtain information on project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces
  • Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities 
  • Design, develop and modify software systems to predict outcomes and consequences of design
  • Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
  • Guide programmers, technologists, and other engineering and scientific personnel to determine system performance standards
  • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
  • Analyze information to determine and plan computer specifications and layouts, and other equipment modifications
  • Evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats, costs, and security needs to determine hardware components 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft's iPaaS platform and API-first approach
  • Extensive experience in REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, and SOA
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce integration
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing API security
  • Prior experience with databases and good SQL server knowledge
  • Attentive to detail and comfortable adapting to changing business situations and priorities
  • Nice to have experience in emerging data technologies such as Azure cloud
  • Experience in SSIS/Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools is preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
