Job description

A fast-growing company that leverages the power of AI to turn business leads into inbound calls to the call center or sales team, is looking for a DevOps/AWS/Infrastructure Management Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing related services that are simple to scale, test, modularize, and reuse. The US-based company leverages integrated texting, smart voice paths, and calling, to engage, foster, and organize in order to deliver inbound calls. This is a nice opportunity for developers who enjoy tackling complex challenges. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and help with network latency
  • Guide on the Infrastructure documentation
  • Assist with automating the backup and recovery plans
  • Help build the product vision and achieve long-term company goals
  • Code and create efficient ways to tackle solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 5+ years of experience with DevOps is required
  • 3+ years of experience with Automation Testing, ElasticSearch, Network Protocols, Infrastructure Operations, SSL/TLS & Certificate Authorities, AWS Lambda, and AWS Solution Architecture
  • Proficiency with AWS
  • Must have experience with Automate ElasticSearch
