Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is at the forefront of technological advancements with their trading and asset investment services, is looking for a DevOps/Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness, cost, and quality of DevOps tools and technology development. The company continues to take advantage of every opportunity as the electricity, gas, and environmental markets develop in order to maximize risk-adjusted returns for investors. This is a nice opportunity for developers who are determined to work with a team of professionals while tackling complex problems to build cutting-edge solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a secure environment for the algorithms to run in, communicate with APIs, and automate processes by retrieving and pushing data, making reports, deploying on AWS, and leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and other common infrastructure
  • Project requirements, technical requirements, and development methods should be documented and kept up to date
  • Offer consumers an opportunity to complete the whole project lifecycle, including data loading, results visualization, and deployment as production artifacts.
  • Verify outcomes with representatives of the target audience; incorporate and launch the overall program

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack/DevOps engineer
  • Prolific experience working with AWS and Python
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Docler
  • Extensive full-stack development experience
  • Demonstrable experience with networks, remote machines, etc.
  • Some knowledge of SQL and AWS is desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills
