Job description

A U.S.-based company providing information governance exclusively for internal legal, privacy, and IT teams is looking for a C++ Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing the current products by offering suggestions and putting them into practice. The company offers end-to-end orchestrated solutions or standalone products for its e-discovery, forensic investigations, privacy, and breach response software. The company has raised $100 mn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and manage efficient and dependable C++ code
  • Collaborate with other engineers to create new products
  • Work on product expansions for current goods
  • Improve existing items by making suggestions and putting them into action
  • Design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules
  • Determine bottlenecks and design effective solutions to complicated challenges
  • Coordination with other developers for the implementation and testing of cross-functional needs
  • Proactively resolve difficulties in order to offer high-quality products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • 4+ years of experience with C++
  • Knowledge of Visual C++
  • Familiarity with OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and STL
  • Experience in developing applications in Windows/Linux will be a plus 
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio
  • Expertise in data structures and algorithm
  • At least 1 year working in Agile or Fast Agile methodology is nice to have
  • Experience in IoT/Blockchain is preferred
  • Hands on experience in basic Database systems - indexes, filters
  • Knowledge or experience in test-driven development is a plus
  • Strong passion for technology in addition to logical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English
