Our story
Hiring global, high-quality talent is tough.
Turing co-founders Jonathan Siddharth and Vijay Krishnan experienced this firsthand at the helm of their previous startup. From their experience sourcing and hiring global talent, they saw the need for a more efficient solution—combining in-depth profiles, a rigorous vetting process, and a reliable administration platform for distributed teams.
In 2018, after a successful exit, the duo started to build that better solution: Turing, the world’s first AI-powered tech services company.
Since then, Turing has reimagined tech services by combining AI-vetted and matched talent, AI-accelerated project delivery, and internal product transformation experts who have built many of the most iconic Silicon Valley companies.
Today, an ever-growing list of companies trust Turing and its global network of technical professionals for their, custom engineering, LLM training and enhancement, and on-demand talent needs.
