Job description

A US-based company leading in industrial IoT and edge computing is looking for a Web UI Developer. The developer will be responsible for the development of user interfaces for several industry-leading IoT products. The company has built a solution to simplify the complex challenges of industrial IoT and enable digital transformation. They are trusted by Fortune 500 clients and have worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Nissan, Mitsubishi, etc., and raised up to $10.7 mn in funding so far. The selected candidate will have a great chance to work with some of the brightest minds and experienced industry leaders from HP, Dell, SNC-Lavalin, IBM, etc., in a modern, agile, fast-growing environment with a vibrant culture and inspiring leadership.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain highly reusable code
  • Work with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing
  • Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations
  • Develop user interfaces for complex websites and applications
  • Monitor trends in UI development and advocate for best standards and practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be experienced with AngularJS
  • Proficiency with Typescript and other technologies
  • Ability to design interfaces and build prototypes
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and its best practices
  • Understanding of key design and development principles
