Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable back-end services using Java, Kubernetes, and MongoDB
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot various applications to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the field of Web Back-End Development
• At least 6 years of experience with Java, 5 years with Kubernetes, and 5 years with MongoDB
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
