Job description

One of the world’s most trusted UI/UX partners for game developers and publishers is looking for a Unity 3D Developer. The developer will design and implement robust systems and code in Unity 3D, along with collaborating on various apps and game projects. The company has put together a world-class creative team that creates stunning visual designs and remarkably simple user experiences. This will be a full-time, long-term position that requires sound English speaking skills from the candidate.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop feature-rich systems and UI’s within the games and apps, consuming and interacting with back-end services and APIs as needed 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in the technical design and development of complex and scalable systems and features 
  • Write clean, documented, maintainable, and performant cross-platform code 
  • Profile and optimize performance bottlenecks 
  • Perform code reviews with peers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Unity 3D Developer
  • Must have expertise in C# and Unity 3D
  • Experience in Unity is nice to have
  • Strong platform awareness of Unity 3D including game objects, prefabs, scripting, handling textures and assets, animation, GUI, screen space/world space, cameras, etc. 
  • Experience with terrain systems, 3D worlds, game physics, particle systems are a plus 
  • Broad understanding of fundamental and modern programming patterns, practices, data structures, and algorithms 
  • Proficient with various productivity and development tools: Git, Jira, Confluence, Figma, G-Suite, etc. and ability to pick up new tools easily 
  • Self-starter and results-oriented 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of team members and personalities
