Job description

A US-based healthcare startup creating innovative, disruptive solutions that aim to revolutionize both the Pharma and Biotech industries is looking for a UI Developer. The developer will be in charge of performing hands-on coding while collaborating with the team to ship amazing products. Using their innovative clinical trial strategy platform, the company is on a mission to speed up the design and approval of new cancer treatments in clinical trials. Candidates who want to work with specialized machine learning models and contribute to developing the platform to accelerate drug development decisions are well-suited for this position.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop distributed cloud-based software solutions
  • Code reviews, unit testing, integration testing
  • Investigate and stay up-to-date with new UI and application layer technologies
  • Data from many sources must be managed, normalized, and optimized
  • Using powerful charting libraries, create stunningly appealing charts
  • Collaborate with other members of the team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a UI Developer
  • Extensive experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, and jQuery
  • Demonstrable experience working with echarts, d3, Bootstrap, Node.js, and Cube.js
  • Experience with Spring stacks like Boot, Cloud, and Security
  • Knowledge of AWS stacks like EBS, EC2, and RDS
  • Prolific experience with RESTful, Microservices, MySQL, AWS Redshift, Maven, Git, and CodeCommit
