Job description

A well-established company that has become the world’s largest aluminium recycler, is looking for a UI Developer. The developer will be owning the front-end of the product while also dealing with large amounts of data. The company leverages its global manufacturing and recycling footprint to provide customers with innovative solutions in the beverage can, aerospace, automotive, and high-end speciality markets. The company operates an integrated network of technically advanced recycling and rolling facilities across the world. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on developing concepts for business-specific web pages or product UX
  • Ensure all elements and clickable features work properly and are user-friendly
  • Work alongside a team of developers, copywriters, and UX design experts
  • Build the front-end framework using JavaScript (React or Angular)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, best practices, and design trends to keep producing new ideas

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working on UI development projects
  • Strong grasp over JavaScript, React, and Spring
  • Knowledge of Angular would be an added bonus
  • Knowledge of Python programming would be an added advantage
  • Experience with data processing is a must
  • Experience with optimization techniques is desirable
  • Expertise in Dash, Django, and REST APIs is highly preferable
  • A good communicator with fluency in English
