Job description

A US-based company building a smart knowledge management system for revenue teams is looking for a UI Designer. The selected candidate will be in charge of leading the overall project development cycle, assessing vague problems, and proposing high-impact solutions. The company is empowering sales representatives with the information they need in real-time, when on a live call. Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design the company’s interface from the ground up
  • Work autonomously and take important decisions whenever needed
  • Be an essential part of the company’s product roadmap’s decision-making process and brainstorm ideas
  • Take initiatives and do independent research to come up with creative solutions 
  • Take accountability for projects and make sure they are completed on time
  • Engineer and collaborate with the product team to make great products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with early-stage startups
  • Extensive experience in front-end designing and development 
  • Must have a solid understanding of Figma, including AWS, Node, Typescript, React, XState, Electron, and RTMP
  • Prior experience working with design systems 
  • Comfortable in taking initiative, carrying out independent research, and making decisions without much handholding
  • Excellent English communication skills
