Job description

A U.S.-based company that is offering state-of-the-art risk and monetary solutions for the real estate sector is looking for a Test Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking bugs and proactively identifying, proposing, and implementing solutions. The company's cutting-edge technology allows landlords to qualify more renters while simultaneously assisting tenants in finding the residences they want. The company has managed to secure more than $72 mn during their Series C round of funding. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in agile team rituals such as daily standups, retrospectives, and product illustrations 
  • Create code that is efficient and scalable while meeting business objectives
  • Test the UI code to ensure proper device/browser rendering
  • Estimate assignments precisely and create technical documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • Experience in software testing and QA
  • Nice to have experience in Typescript, Scala, and Java
  • Experience in Selenium is a plus 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
