Job description

A US-based company developing extensive interactive entertainment and 3D engine technology is looking for a Technical Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and developing a technical roadmap for the Live Training Dashboard by working closely with third-party stakeholders. The company assists sectors like film and television, architecture, automotive, manufacturing, and simulation to power the most popular games on the planet. The company has successfully managed to raise more than $7 bn in funding so far.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project plans and define the scope of the project
  • Monitor the project progress and manage deadlines
  • Handle documentation and reporting periodically to third-party business stakeholders
  • Evaluate the overall project performance and solve for efficiency in the software development cycle
  • Manage external relations with platform providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google, cloud, and Azure
  • Provide technical direction for solving problems by consulting with team members and subject matter experts
  • Own the product and collect feedback from users, sharing regular updates to project stakeholders and document the recommendations
  • Perform product documentation, metrics documentation, and product rollout/operations report generation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a project manager
  • Extensive experience in Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) 
  • Hands-on experience in documentation, reporting, defining the product roadmap, and building reports
  • Extensive Scrum expertise with a strong programming background
  • Working knowledge of Slack, JIRA, Asana, and Miro to manage daily operations
  • Prior project management experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, AWS, and cloud service providers
  • Competency in Web 2.0 development platform is preferred
  • Nice to have prolific front-end skills 
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
