A Silicon Valley-based company that is offering live data access for application development and data recovery, is looking for a Software Engineer (Archival project). The engineer will be responsible for offering a highly sophisticated solution and taking the existing features to the next level. The company aims to furnish customers with swift access to data while providing them with complete cloud security, recovery and backup against any cyberthreat. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on designing and building cutting-edge solutions for long term archival storage requirements utilizing cloud storage services
  • Troubleshoot, identify and perform bug fixes in existing solutions and products
  • Collaborate with a support organization for providing world-class assistance to customers
  • Develop a team culture to support high-quality standards through collaboration

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
  • A minimum of 4 years of software development experience in developing highly scalable and efficient systems
  • Must possess proficiency in one or more general-purpose languages such as Java, C/C++, Scala, Python
  • Work with an eagerness to learn and thrive in an agile work environment
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English
