A US-Based company that provides a platform for everyone to create awesome games irrespective of their technical knowledge is looking for a Senior UI/UX Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing an engaging user interface while utilizing data insights to drive ideas. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create deliverables for each stage of the product development process
  • Conduct ongoing, frequent, strategic, and significant research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to better understand and empathize with users
  • Influence business and product strategy while being a strong supporter of user-centered design
  • Cooperate and communicate in a way that elevates the users' voices and influences product strategy and design
  • Through written reports and presentations, communicate research findings to designers and product teams
  • As the products evolve, test design solutions to ensure user's needs are met
  • Maintaining, innovating, and exceeding industry best practices for UX/UI and product design methods, trends, and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design and research
  • Knowledge of various methodologies and experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
  • Experience with designing mobile apps
  • Fluency with design tools for exploring, prototyping, testing, and producing user experiences
  • Proactive, organized, and able to balance multiple projects and their initiatives
  • Ability to think big and interpret complex user and design problems
  • Comfortable pitching ideas to the key stakeholders and the rest of the team
  • Gaming experience is nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
