A fast-growing company that is actively building out revolutionary modern FinTech solutions for advanced trading of crypto assets is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving both the mission and technical direction within the organization. The company is building state-of-the-art decentralized technology that will redefine global financial markets. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks and delegate on which Solidity smart contracts to write that will help achieve the company’s goals
  • Maintain efficient design and development processes, ensuring the speed and accuracy without compromising on security
  • Own product development from inception to launch
  • Ensure effective launch of the application on testnet and mainnet
  • Lead process improvements
  • Partner with the leadership role to drive company’s annual/quarterly planning cycles
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer the roadmap

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a product manager
  • Experience in crypto, financial services, or technology industries is a bonus 
  • Proven track record of quickly ramping up on complex projects/environments
  • Prior experience working with software product management is a plus
  • Experience interacting with DeFi protocols and cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred but not required
  • Solid understanding of Ethereum and the broader DeFi ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in an agile environment
  • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems in ambiguous situations
