Job description

A U.S.-based company combining smart technology with modern clinics to provide patients with easily accessible healthcare solutions is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for partaking in clear and actionable communication of analysis results to stakeholders. The company is on a mission to develop cutting-edge, technologically advanced healthcare solutions that provide virtual care. The company has managed to raise more than $500mn in funding so far. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the data for a business category or a product area
  • Examine and improve the data models
  • Define the most important metrics and trends
  • Offer aesthetically pleasing dashboards with drill-down options to display operational metrics at a finer level while delivering crucial insights
  • Maintain the dashboard's evolution as the business evolves
  • Using data analytics to identify important metric drivers while working with the product and operational teams to raise those KPIs
  • Look for ways to improve patient and business outcomes
  • Build and deploy models that enhance operational efficiency or new initiatives in collaboration with data scientists or machine learning engineers
  • Work together with stakeholders to determine their needs and make sure the creation and implementation of the data analytics solutions are in line with those needs
  • Push the company to hire, mentor, and retain BI analysts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, operations research, etc.)
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience working at high-growth tech companies as a Data or BI Analyst
  • Demonstrable experience working with SQL
  • Ability to quickly assess quantitative data sets and distill key insights using analytics and statistical methods
  • Extensive experience working with data analytics platforms like Periscope, Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake
  • Ability to work on cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels of technical detail
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Ability to influence and impress across organizations at all audience levels
