Job description

A US-based company committed to providing an all-electric future to the transportation space is looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer. The engineer will work on debugging and adding new features to the platform. The company is committed to providing customers with a sustainable and eco-friendly experience designed for seamless and intuitive interactions. It has secured funding worth more than $10bn so far. This role requires an overlap with the CST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively look for ways to make the product better
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable software solutions
  • Design and build solutions to make the product and platform more productive and efficient
  • Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems from end-to-end
  • Design and build efficient, intuitive back-end applications 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant back-end engineering experience
  • Solid experience and knowledge of DynamoDB and Data Modeling
  • Extensive experience with Python 
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently collaborate with team members
  • Good understanding of the Supply Chain Management domain is a plus
  • Proficient with Amplify Framework, API Gateway, and Cloudformation
  • Prolific skills with Lambda (Python programming) and integrating with AWS services like Dynamo, S3, ElasticSearch, and Appsync
