Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with business partners and gather information about their needs
  • Work as a liaison between stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, document, and validate requirements for changes to business processes
  • Revise existing system logic difficulties as needed, policies, and information systems to ensure testing requirements are met
  • Document business requirements
  • General understanding of the Supply Chain domain
  • Effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options at management levels

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in Configuring, Testing, Implementing, and supporting SAP APO is required
  • Experience with GATP, Demand Planning, and Supply Network Planning
  • General knowledge of the Supply Chain domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
