Job description

A fast-growing company facilitating collaboration between team project workspaces and real-time data is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer. The selected candidate will be in charge of ensuring requirements are clearly defined, understood, and executed. The company’s advanced technology helps to eliminate internal and external fragmentation and build a sustainable community. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering and product team to produce thorough requirements by promoting Shift Left initiatives in the team
  • Build efficient testing and validation approaches for the team
  • Create a roadmap on what needs to be tested, validated, or automated
  • Be an active member in the company’s automation projects
  • Increase the team’s delivery speed by integrating automated validations into the CI pipeline
  • Serve as the team’s point of reference for technical matters
  • Identify improvement opportunities and brainstorm solutions with the team
  • Develop web automation with Playwright and Typescript
  • Monitor API client development and automation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • Solid understanding of testing and validation principles and techniques
  • Ability to implement OOP and other programming patterns is required 
  • Proficiency in web and API automation tools
  • Expertise in test management tools with an excellent understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Nice to have a comprehensive understanding of data analytics
  • Demonstrable experience in AECO Industry is a plus 
  • Experience with Playwright is nice to have
  • Experience with CI/CD tools is a bonus 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
