An emerging health technology company committed to building a future that promotes sustainability in caring for the elderly is looking for a Product Designer. Job Responsibilities:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the product development process, from problem formulation and discovery to detailed UX and visual design
  • Work directly with customers and actively participate in user research as an advocate of the user, ensuring that designs are informed by research and data to define the product’s future
  • Ability to comprehend and establish a design system or provide guidance on how to do so
  • Strong ability to create prototypes at various levels of quality utilizing tools such as Framer, Principle, Figma, etc.
  • Clearly express design work with a sound logic based on facts and research

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a product designer
  • 5 years of relevant design expertise in a product-driven organization is required
  • Designing services, digital apps, and visual systems is a plus (or a strong subset of these experiences)
  • Prior experience working on a growth, onboarding, business, or startup product team
  • Creative problem-solver who can use Sketch and Figma to iterate on low-fidelity workflow sketches and turn them into attractive high-fidelity designs
  • A self-motivated self-starter enthusiastic about creating something new without the fear to experiment and iterate until success is achieved
