Job description

A US-based company reimagining the way businesses create impact and inspiring through integrated brand experiences is looking for a Mobile Engineer. The developer will work within the engineering team to deliver functional and user-friendly Android applications in a timely manner. The company specializes in bringing innovative ideas to life through extensive research and strategic planning to provide data-driven solutions for clients. This role requires some overlap with CT and will be a great opportunity for developers to test their mettle.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform tests on code and support existing projects
  • Implement projects from scratch
  • Write clean, well-tested codes for the software applications
  • Monitor the platform performance and work on code optimizations
  • Troubleshoot, resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs and boost the overall software performance
  • Work cross-functionally to define and implement new features
  • Stay up to date with recent mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Android programming
  • At least 3-4 years experience with Android Kotlin
  • High-level expertise in mobile architecture using scalable  frameworks (MVVM/MVP)
  • Demonstrable work experience with databases, RxJava, coroutines, deep links, and sockets
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to perform integrations without any obstructions 
  • Sound understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
  • Competent skills with various testing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
