Job description

 A U.S.-based company that helps users scan receipts from their phone or email and save time by having them organized into a tax-friendly export is looking for a mid-level full-stack engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for working on web application development while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This company is revolutionizing the way the world takes control of its data. The company has raised a total of $9M in funding over 2 rounds.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
  • Write effective APIs and test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software and create security and data protection settings

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Prolific working experience with React, Redux, and Python
  • Nice to have some experience with JavaScript, DevOps, Node.js, and Machine Learning
  • Excellent English communication skills
