Job description

A U.S.-based company developing an innovative employee incentive app to encourage productivity and longevity among staff is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for the codebase and will work with cross-functional teams to deliver the products. The company's advanced technology is helping businesses to hit performance goals, achieve peak productivity, and build long-lasting teams. The company has managed to secure more than $18 mn during their Series A round of funding. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the team's on-call rotation daily
  • Write maintainable, high-performant code that is easy to read and is well-documented
  • Work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced team
  • Create new applications for the company and improve the existing ones

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Extensive experience with Python (Django) and React
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
