Job description

A fast-growing startup providing email services to improve work productivity is looking for a Frontend React Engineer. The company is looking for a developer with solid working experience in React, React Native, GraphQL, etc, to help them bring their first version product idea to life. As a core member of a fast-growing team, the engineer will design the front-end architecture of the application, curate feature ideas, suggest upgrades as required, and build an immersive user experience on the platform. This is an exciting long-term opportunity since the candidate will get the chance to work with industry veterans from places like Google, Amazon, and The White House. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the backend engineering team, and integrate the front-end with the appropriate backend endpoints
  • Work with Figma files and their corresponding CSS outputs to engineer the front-end experience
  • Build customer-driven product to achieve business goals 
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to design and implement product features
  • Diagnose and fix bottlenecks in the development process 
  • Analyze problems and bring suggestions to the table 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid working knowledge of React and React Native 
  • Deep understanding of HTML and CSS 
  • Proficiency in Stylus and GraphQL 
  • Excellent knowledge of REST and RESTful APIs 
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
