Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is determined to tackle some of the biggest challenges in the healthcare industry, such as accessibility and affordability, is looking for a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will be developing solutions that meet business needs and requirements. The company focuses on the importation, promotion, and distribution of medical supplies. Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather critical information from relevant stakeholders
  • Perform requirements analysis and create/maintain application process flows 
  • Assist the product owner to define user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Drive the product backlog refinement sessions with developers and Testers
  • Work closely with the project, product manager and Scrum master, and Scrum Team for end-to-end releases
  • Communicate business requirements and plans to cross-functional team members
  • Help guide the team on the test plan and quality assurance with manual and automation tests
  • Ensure quality of product and oversee the testing team
  • Actively perform user acceptance testing, SIT, and help to review user stories

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of an Agile framework or method, especially Scrum
  • Proven track record of business analysis throughout the product lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, writing of stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel 
  • Competency in using Azure DevOps or Jira, or similar tools to manage product backlog
  • Prior experience in managing or working with mobile apps and website
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage user stories 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
