Job description

A global video platform functioning as a one-stop destination for all entertainment needs spanning live sports, international shows, and movies is looking for a BI Reporting Consultant. As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for the analytics behind all user growth initiatives. The company is focused on building the future of TV and has so far gained more than 300mn platform users by serving high-quality content across millions of devices. The selected candidate will help monitor and optimize the program, channel, and communication performance to drive strategic and tactical decision-making. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and Interpret data, analyze results, publish MIS reports, emailers and dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Redash, etc.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of data platform, technology stack and manage ETLs
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders
  • Create reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts
  • Collaborate with Product for data tracking and implementation of tools like Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Business Reporting/Data Analytics, preferably within a digital business
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau
  • Advanced technical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information with maximum accuracy
  • Competency in writing reports and dashboarding
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in R, SQL, and Python
  • Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, Localytics, Appsalar, Amplitude, etc., is preferred
