Job description

A US-based clinical trial technology company that supports difficult investigations and studies for life-saving treatments is looking for a .NET/C# Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new features and projects. The company is developing a comprehensive platform that gives businesses complete control over mission-critical, time-sensitive patient interactions. The company has managed to securely raise more than $38mn in funding so far.  


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as a part of a cross-functional team to build web applications used by pharmaceutical and biotech clients during the clinical trial process
  • Develop software systems that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable, with stress on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data
  • Participate in the user requirements specifications review and verify that all requirements can be implemented in the required timeframe
  • Manage the deployment of systems into all environments 
  • Create well documented technical designs 
  • Assist the support team with troubleshooting and resolution of issues reported on production systems
  • Brainstorm new solutions with the engineering team based on projects
  • Generate ideas for innovative technological solutions to increase the quality of company’s software systems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer 
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with C# .Net, SQL Server
  • Demonstrated experience in Entity Framework and Model View Controller (MVC) is required 
  • Familiarity with Web-Services, Enterprise Service Bus, Kendo UI, GIT, Jenkins is preferred 
  • Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, knowledge of basic programming principles and conventional development methodologies, frameworks, and databases
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
