Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Actively participate in developing standard UI components and style guides
  • Effectively convey designs to developers and other stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with project owners and cross-functional teams to understand product, marketing and business requirements
  • Participate in industry research and keep abreast on best practices, competitor UI designs and advanced technologies

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a UI designer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Proficient with UI design principles and technique
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and CSS extension languages (Less, Sass)

  • Well-versed in researching into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
  • Fluency in English for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones
