Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria
  • Design and develop KPI scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports using business intelligence tools
  • Create analytical models to help higher-level management and leadership to make informed and data-driven decisions
  • Make use of DAX queries and functions in Power BI to create calculated columns, measures, and custom tables

  • Develop, deploy, and monitor new BI solutions as per the operational/business needs
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for existing BI solutions
  • Integrate BI solution with other software in the organization for better data consistency

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Power BI developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • High-level proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI, SAP, or Tableau
  • Extensive experience in creating and administering analytical dashboards and interactive visual reports

  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
